New in ccNewsletter: Manage Subscriptions

New in ccNewsletter is a [manage subscriptions] tag which can be added to the content of a newsletter. It creates a link that will redirect to an overview of all public groups, so users can chose for themselves to what group they want to be subscribed. In the past people could only unsubscribe from the entire ccNewsletter system. Continue reading for a screenshot.

This is actually a very important improvement which might keep more people subscribed to ccNewsletter, but just the groups they are really interested in! After clicking on the “Manage Subscriptions” link, your subscribers will be redirected to the below page. When checking or unchecking a group, their preference will be saved without a page reload (AJAX), so adjusting a preference is as easy as can be.

All you have to do to use this new tag, is update to the latest version of ccNewsletter and add the tag [manage subscriptions] to your next newsletter.
